RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 2 calendar days of receiving the product.
The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
A valid order number and proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email) are required.

• Reason for return (optional but helpful)
Return Authorization
You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with instructions on how to package and ship the item securely.
3. Return Process
Step A: Pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
Step B: Attach the RAN label to the package.
Step C: Ship the package using a trackable courier service.
Step D: Keep the tracking number for future reference.
All steps must be completed within 2 days of receiving the product.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 2 days of delivery.
Include photos showing the defect or the incorrect item.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
6. Cancellations
Pre-Ship Cancellations: Orders canceled before shipping will receive a full refund.
Post-Ship Cancellations: If the order has already shipped, the standard return process applies.

8. Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods such as food items, cosmetics, or medical supplies cannot be returned.
Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable.
Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or refunds.
